Dakotah Keys stood sixth and Blake Kemp eighth following the first day of the decathlon at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. Curtis Beach of Duke led the competition with 4,219 points. Keys tallied 3,868 on day one, while Kemp had 3,767.
