A man accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting and then killing a Gresham woman is now facing new charges of burglary and encouraging child sex abuse.
Amanda Holt filed for divorce in Multnomah County Circuit Court Friday, Oct. 26 from Jonathan Holt who police accuse of sexually assaulting Whitney Heichel and then shooting and killing her.
