Between Sahalie Falls and Koosah Falls, on the McKenzie river, is what is called the staircase. As the Mckenzie flows downhill between the two falls,it is very scenic.

Sahalie Falls, is one of my favorite waterfalls in Oregon. I have never seen it with snow covered...

The snow is deep up on the passes this year, making it very difficult to get into many of the waterfalls that we have here in Oregon. Sahalie Falls hasn't any parking available. Its a little hike...
