The man that authorities say drove the wrong way on the freeway and hit another car, killing an Oakland man heading to work, has been with manslaughter and DUII.

A man was killed in a head-on crash early Sunday morning after an SUV started driving the wrong way on Interstate 5 near Canyonville, State Police officials said.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested two Myrtle Creek, Ore. men during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 when a drug detecting K-9 found 14 pounds of marijuana and a half pound of cocaine.

A Myrtle Creek man is behind bars, after deputies say he assaulted two people and threatened them with a gun late Wednesday night.
