The report from Sports Illustrated’s Thayer Evans cites an anonymous source who says former coach Chip Kelly testified that the UO used Will Lyles’s recruiting service “the same way other schools do.”

Former OSU quarterback (2007-09) Lyle Moevao has joined the OSU coaching staff as a grad assistant and Moevao can offer some interesting guidance to Sean Mannion and Cody Vaz since he went through the same type of quarterback battle with Sean Canfield.
